Mr. Ramesh Shah has been a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company since September 1, 2017. He has completed a bachelor’s degree in science from University of Kashmir in 1977 and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified Cost Accountant. He has extensive experience of over 25 years in statutory audit, taxation, accounts, finance, costing, MIS, internal and management audit, commercial, administration, material management, systems and controls, mergers, acquisitions, and takeovers.

Mrs. Promila Bhardwaj has been a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company since September 1, 2017. She holds multiple degrees including Honours in English, Masters in Arts, M.Phil in Social Sciences, and a Master’s Diploma in Public Administration. She joined the Indian Revenue Services in 1979 and retired as Director General of Income Tax. She has extensive experience in international taxation, transfer pricing, fraud detection, tax policy formulation, HR management, training, and computerization of the department.

Mr. Surinder Singh Kohli has been a Non-Executive Independent Director since July 10, 2025. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Industrial Finance. With over 30 years in the Financial Services Industry, he has served as CMD of IIFCL and Punjab National Bank, and held directorships in SIDBI, Oriental Insurance, ECGC, and more. He is currently on the Board of IDFC and ILFS.

Mr. Shekhar Singh has been Director since September 1, 2016 and Managing Director since February 1, 2017. With over 25 years of experience in financial services, real estate, construction, and hospitality, he oversees the day-to-day activities of the Company under the Board’s supervision.

Mr. Sumit Choudhary has been a Non-Executive Director since August 25, 2009. He holds Master’s degrees in Commerce and Business Administration, with 17 years of experience in leasing, financial services, and real estate.

Mr. Sandeep Kumar has been a Non-Executive Director since September 1, 2017. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has 18 years of experience in hospitality, leasing, financial services, and real estate.
