Board of Directors

Mr. Shekhar Singh:

Mr. Shekhar Singh has been appointed as the Director of the Company w.e.f. September 1, 2016. He was further appointed as the Managing Director of the Company w.e.f 01st February, 2017 for a period of 5 years. Mr. Shekhar Singh is a Graduate by qualification and possesses vast experience of more than 25 years in the field of financial services, real estate, construction and hospitality industry. He looks after the day today activities of the Company under the direct supervision of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Mr. Sumit Choudhary:

Mr. Sumit Choudhary has been as a Non-Executive Director of our Company since August 25, 2009. Mr. Sumit Choudhary holds a Master Degree in Commerce andMaster Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Choudhary has an experience of 17 years in the field of Leasing &financial services and real estate industry.

Mr. Sandeep Kumar:

Mr. Sandeep Kumar has been as a Non-Executive Director of our Company since September 1, 2017. Mr. Sandeep Kumar is graduate and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Sandeep Kumar has a wide experience of 18 years in the field of Hospitality, Leasing & financial services and real estate industry.

Mr. Ramesh Shah:

Mr. Ramesh Shah has been as a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company since September 1, 2017. He has completed a bachelor’s degree in science from University of Kashmir in the year 1977 and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a qualified Cost Accountant. He has extensive experience of over 25 years of heading functions like statutory audit, taxation, accounts, finance, costing, MIS, internal and management audit, commercial, administration, material management, systems and controls, mergers, acquisition, takeovers, etc.

Mrs. Promila Bhardwaj:

Mrs. Promila Bhardwaj has been as a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company since September 1, 2017. She has completed a bachelor’s degree with Honours in English in the year 1972 from Punjab University, a master’s degree in arts in the year 1979 and master of philosophy in social sciences in the year 2004 from Punjab University. She further completed her master’s diploma in public administration in the year 2004 from the Indian Institute of Public Administration. She joined the Indian Revenue Services in 1979 and during her career she has held various senior positions with the Central Government. She served in the Income Tax Department, Ministry of Finance, Government of India and retired as Director General of Income Tax. She has extensive experience of heading functions including international taxation, transfer pricing, investigation, examination of accounts with respect to foreign as well as domestic companies, non-residents as well as resident taxpayers, detection of fraud, tax policy formulation, human resource management, training, comprehensive computerization of the department, targeted at promoting non adversarial tax regime and better taxpayer services.
